Editing config on any tab and saving writes real log entries; 2+ changes to a nested collection (Sides, Modifiers, kit Items, Pass Groups, Billing Templates, or Pass Rule conditions) collapse into one expandable group. Quantity edits route to History. Actions ▾ → Activity Log opens the modal on that tab.
